fraud is one of the fastest growing crimes in the uk, but people still don’t think it will happen to them.
Despite ongoing awareness campaigns, scams continue to succeed because they exploit moments of urgency and emotion.
The Provocation
Fraud doesn’t happen because people don’t know about it - it happens because they don’t pause.
And in busy moments instinct overrides logic.

THE WORK
We created The Stop Inn, a touring pub designed to turn fraud prevention into an immersive experience.At its core was a mind-controlled beer pouring device. Patrons wore a headset that measured focus and concentration brainwaves, and only by stopping and holding a single thought would the device reward them by pouring a drink. The more they focused, the better the pour.
By transforming stopping into something you could feel, compete in and master The Stop Inn made an invisible moment visible - and surprisingly rewarding.
